For advance booking
during normal office hours please have the following information
to hand:
- Credit card number and expiry date
- C.C. membership number
- Name and address inc. postal code
- Arrival/departure dates
- Number of adults in party
- Number of children in party
- Requirements for awnings etc.
- Type of pitch (H/Sanding – Grass – Super Pitch)
- Caravan/motor van overall length in meters

we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Request Form.
Postal Bookings
Due to the high number of advance bookings,
we would recommend that you check availability by telephone
and make a provisional bookings.

Site Fees
Payments can be made as follows:
We accept MasterCard/Visa/Switch
BY CHEQUE: A provisional booking
can be held for 72 Hours. If no payment is received during
that time, the booking will be cancelled.

Important: Please quote your
booking
reference or membership number on the back of your cheque.
Please Note:
- A non-refundable, non-transferable £10 deposit is
required for each pitch booked and will be deducted from
pitch fees on arrival on site.
- Bookings are not available for more than 21 nights at
any one time. Any longer bookings received will be reduced
at the end of the booked period.
- Please warn us in advance if you intend to arrive after
5pm, so that you can be informed of the alternative entrance
on to the site.
- Please let us know in advance if you intend to arrive
after 8pm and give as much notice as possible to the site
if you have to cancel a booking so that the pitch can be
re-let.
- Specific pitches cannot be reserved.
- Only fully serviced super pitches can be reserved.
