About Us

Barham Caravan Co Ltd was formed in 1990 by Gordon & Dianne Hawkins. Gordon & Dianne were the founder members of Hawkins Electrical which was founded in 1966 which manufactured and installed the electric bollards and hook ups and can be found on caravan parks up and down the country. After a management buyout they concentrated on developing their caravan sites.

The Company has three caravan parks – Skegness Sands, Barham Park and our latest development The Beeches, retail outlets and various properties.

Our aim is to provide our customers with an excellent standard of surroundings in which they can enjoy their holiday home. Our ground rents are very competitive and our service to our customer is our first priority.

We are excellently situated at each of our parks for the local amenities. All of our parks are peaceful, well maintained and private.

We have very good staff who work extremely hard to ensure the sites are kept well organised and maintained.
